On the character selection screen type in 'WHAT A GREAT LOAD OF BULLSHIT' or
'WHAT A GREAT LOAD OF BOLLOCKS' or even 'WHAT A GREAT LOAD OF BASTARDS'
(don't know which one), and the border will change color. Use keys '1-5'
to skip levels. NOTE: It might be without the first word.
Another source says to type 'WHAT A LARGE SET OF BOLLOCKS' and press RETURN.
Use '1-5' to skip levels.
