Hold down ENTER, and press 'P' to pause. Continue holding ENTER down and press 'O' to unpause. Everything will look normal except for an extra bar below the altitude gauge. Try the following keys:

C - special F/Xs on/off.
D - demo on/off.
F - refuels you completely.
L - adds one missile every time it's pressed.
N - turns cheat off.
