TOYOTA CELICA GT RALLY (?) (?)
At the start of a stage or in-game press 'C' to finish the race. Or try to
press CTRL and 'C' to freeze the timer. Also, when you crash, immediately
press HELP. This will take you to the options screen which you should exit
instantly with FIRE. You can now restart your engine without the 20 second
penalty.
