On the level select screen, enter the door marked 'SCREEN 2' The Horror
Level. After the level has loaded and before you press FIRE to start the
level, push up on the joystick and hold down 'K'. While still holding both,
press FIRE button to enter the level. Once the level has started you can let
go of the joystick and the 'K' key. Now press ESC to skip levels.
