When the game is running in the demo mode, type in 'ITS EASY WHEN YOU KNOW
HOW', and start the game as normal but with infinite lives. NOTE: might
start with 'IT'S' instead of 'ITS'.
Also, for unlimited lives type 'SIAMESE'. Use the following keys:
F1 - Normal rifle
F2 - Full auto
F3 - Three way
F4 - Shot gun
