Press F5 on the title screen. You will hear a sample of Madonna's 'Holiday'. After you've pressed F5, press FIRE to start. Now you will start at level 13. You can turn of the levelskipper by pressing F5 again (on the title-screen) and you will start at level 1 as normal.
