ESPANA '92 (?) (?)
Put all your athletes on two hours training and keep checking their stamina
levels every couple of days. When it reaches 90-92 change the length of the
training session to one hour and they should be certain winners.
Put your man to train for three hours then move the date to the 18th. Put
the training back down to one hour and your athlete should be trained to 95
percent fitness!
