Pause the game and type 'IN A GARDEN IN' on the title screen. Now pressing:

T   - Gives 10 extra seconds.
N   - Skips you to the next level.
W   - Boosts all the extra weapons.
1-6 - Jump to corresponding level.

Hold down 'H' and F5 while the game is loading, now all the roadside obstacles will disappear.
